# How you<br>**pay us.**

Two routes: PayPal and debit or credit card. Both are encrypted and run through PayPal's checkout. We never see your full card number, and we never charge a surcharge on top of what is quoted.

## What you'll **never** see on the invoice.

Rule 01

### No surcharge on cards

Some shops add 1–3% for "card processing". We do not. The processor fee comes out of our margin, not yours.

Rule 02

### No surcharge on PayPal

Some shops add a fee for PayPal, which is more expensive than card processing. We do not. PayPal fees come out of our margin, not yours.

Rule 03

### No handling fees

The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add a "handling fee" or a "payment processing fee" on top of the quoted price at checkout.

Rule 04

### No upselling at checkout

What you see on the listing is what you get. We will not surprise you with a €40 "handling fee" or a "premium packaging" upgrade.

Rule 05

### No card details stored

PayPal handles all card data. We only receive a transaction ID and PayPal's order reference. We cannot recharge your card without your explicit re-authorization.

Rule 06

### Custom invoices

We can issue a custom invoice with your company name and VAT number, or any other details you require for your accounting. Just ask us after purchase and we will send it by email, free of charge.
