## Terms of **sale.**

*The agreement between you (the buyer) and us (Antique Radio Shop). *

§1 · Who we are

### The seller.

"Antique Radio Shop" is the trading name under which these sales are made. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that refers to Antique Radio Shop as the party you are contracting with.

§2 · The contract

### When the agreement is formed.

A binding contract exists when we send you the order confirmation email — not when you click "Buy" on the site. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the radio has been sold in the meantime, if the price was incorrectly displayed, or in other reasonable circumstances. In each such case, any payment already taken is refunded in full within 3 working days.

§3 · Price & payment

### Listed price, full price.

All prices on the site are in Euros. Outside-EU prices are shown net of VAT; your country's import VAT and any duties are paid by you at delivery. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.

We do not add card surcharges. We do not add handling fees. We do not store your card details — all payments, whether by PayPal or by debit/credit card, are processed by PayPal. The radio is reserved for you when payment clears, and ships within ten working days unless we have agreed otherwise.

§4 · Delivery

### Risk passes on signature.

Delivery dates are estimates. The crate is insured at full sale price for the entire transit. Risk of damage or loss passes to you when the courier obtains a signature at the delivery address. If the crate arrives visibly damaged, you must sign as "damaged" or refuse the delivery — this is essential for the insurance claim.

§5 · Warranty

### Twelve months on every piece.

Each radio comes with a twelve-month commercial warranty. The warranty covers electrical faults that arise from normal indoor use: parts, labour, and return shipping if the radio has to come back to the workshop.

The warranty does not cover: cosmetic wear from normal use, including dial-glass scratches and grille fading; damage from drops, spills, lightning, rodents, or fires; faults caused by modifications carried out by another technician.

§6 · Right to withdraw

### Fourteen days, no reason needed.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send an email to contact@antique-radioshop.com stating that you wish to withdraw. We will refund the purchase price (and standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the radio back, by the same payment method you used. Return shipping is at your cost unless the issue is our mistake. The radio must be returned in its original crate.

§7 · Liability

### Capped at the sale price.

Our liability for any claim arising out of the sale of a radio is capped at the sale price actually paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, loss of business or loss of recordings — except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

§8 · Governing law

### Disputes.

In the event of a dispute, we will always attempt to resolve matters directly by email in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the competent consumer-mediation body in your country.
